but i am not qualifing CSIR AND GATE EXAM
please tell me i do phd in fellow ship????

You have completed M.Sc degree in chemistry so you are eligible for Ph.D course.

For the case of fellowship, you must have CSIR or GATE score.

Some college provides stipend to Ph.D candidates from college funding to those who haven't CSIR or GATE score.

So you can read the advertisement which university provides this type of funding stipend.
