If your overall percentage marks in Masters degree in above 55% then you are eligible for Ph.D course otherwise not.

Candidates who have completed masters degree from a recognized university are eligible for Ph.D course. General and OBC candidates should hold 55% and above marks in masters degree. For SC/ST candidate its 50% and above in masters degree.

There is no age criteria. Your age should be below 28 years for JRF post.

For getting admission in any of the Master degree first of all you have to complete your Bachelor degree from any well recognized institute with minimum 55 % marks.

Also you must have to fulfill all the criteria that is specified by the institute in which you are applying for the admission.

My suggestion to you is that you should pursue the master degree from any well reputed college or university so that it will help in your further career.

You can do from following:::>>
"
Arizona State University

Temple University

University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign
