Can I do PhD again after completing in one subject if completed M.A. in History and English?


Hello everyone,
I am double M.A. holder in History and English subject.
Can I do double PhD degree after completing in one subject?

Yes, you can do Ph.D degree because you have completed M.A degree.

Those candidates who have completed masters degree from a recognized university are eligible for Ph.D entrance exam. General and OBC candidates should hold 55% and above marks in masters degree. For SC/ST candidate its 50% and above in masters degree.

Your age should be below 28 years for JRF post.
