Resepcted sir i have passed SET exam in organic chemisty , can i get the addmission for Phd without giving PET exam ?

If you have got a valid score in SET after completion of your Post Graduation, then surely you can apply for Ph.D admission.

Also, those who have got UGC NET or CSIR NET score can apply for Ph.D admission directly without appearing for any other entrance examination, In fact, those who have these scores are preferred over other candidates for admission into Ph.D program.
