Criteria other than GRE for PhD in USA with scholarship? PhD from Abroad is valid in India?


I have completed my M.Pharm in Pharmaceutics branch and I would like to pursue my PhD from USA.I would like to know whether there is any other criteria apart from GRE for getting scholarship.And whether PhD from abroad will b valid in India or not.

I want to do PHD in abroad, Iam MSc. Biomedical Genetics Postgraduate, wanted to know eligibility criteria, syllabus, application form details for TOEFL, GRE
