Can I get stipend to study PhD(Hindi) through UGC-NET?

Hello everyone, I would like to know that if I give UGC-NET and selected for PhD course in the specialization of Hindi then I can get stipend or not? I am trying to search for my question but unable to find out. I will apply for UGC-NET after my Post Graduation.

There is no stipend given for NonJRF candidate. Only those who qualified in JRF and enrolled in Ph.D. you are eligible to receive Rs. 25,000/ fellowship plus HRA (Rs.5,000-7,000) per month. After Ph.D. if you are selected as Assistant Professor and appointed in any project, then you get Scholarship around Rs.8,000 per month.
