For PH.D admission you need masters degree in physics with at least 55% marks. B.Ed has nothing to do with PH.D admission and you have to complete post graduation if you don't have graduation for joining any research program.

B.Ed will help you to get jobs in schools as teacher. You can apply for TET for getting government teaching job based on your B.Ed qualification.

You can not apply Ph.D course through your B.Ed degree.

If you have completed masters degree from a recognized university then you are eligible for Ph.D course. General and OBC candidates should hold 55% and above marks in masters degree. For SC/ST candidate its 50% and above in masters degree.

You must have valid UGC NET, CSIR NET score card.

There is no age criteria.
