If you have got MD qualification then surely you can go for research programme in the field of medical sciences. You can choose your topic related to AIDS if you are interested in this topic only.
You can get admission in Ph.D programme at leading institutions through entrance exam and interview. There are various central universities, IITs, NITs and government funded research institutes which have facilities for any kind of research related to medical sciences. |
