i did B.Tech-BIOTECHNOLOGY, AND M.E IN ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEEING. i wanted to do ph.d in biotech field.. is it possible? or should i do another master degree in biotech.

sir..my gate score is 294 n rank is 2648 in biotech n my marks is 34.33 in obc catogry...obc merit is 31.94 ....i want to say may apply for ph.d. in any institute

sir, my gate score is 165 nd rank is 5143 in biotech nd my marks is 22.67 in sc cat... sc qualify rank is 22.49.
can i apply for p.hd in any college?????
