PhD in Commerce is a 3 year duration course. This course teaches various issues and problems in the area of Accounting & Finance, such as management of risk, the valuation of financial assets, operations of capital markets, preparation and interpretation of financial and managerial information useful for an understanding of the theory and practice of investment and finance.
