UGC NET Exam consists of three papers and all the three papers are multiple choice questions:

Paper I: 60, out of which have to be answered - 100 Marks
Paper II: 50 questions. All are compulsory - 100 Marks
Paper III: 75 questions. All are compulsory - 150 Marks

Tips for Preparation:

Try to spend maximum time on preparation. Minimum 3 to 6 hrs is essential. Actually, minimum 2 to 4 months preparation is compulsory while appearing for competitive exam like UGC-NET Examination. Main aspect of preparation is covering all the topics and don't omit any topic if you feel difficult in that topic, then try to cover that topic first. Give the same importance to the general awareness and aptitude question while preparing subject topics. Try to collect the maximum previous question papers of UGC-NET Political Science and try to solve the maximum papers and it is very useful while appearing for the examination. Time management is plays vital role on the examination. Utilize the time in an efficient manner.
