I have done my post graduation in maths from andhra university in regular mode and worked as teacher in schools, college . Now I want to do my PhD in maths in Acharya Nagarjuna University. So i want to know the procedure for it?

The eligibility required to do Ph.D in Mathematics is that candidates must have completed their Masters Degree or equivalent from a recognized University in the subject of Mathematics with at least 55% of marks.
There will be an entrance examination like UGC NET, CSIR NET in which the candidates have to qualify in order to take admission for the above course in the respected University as most of the Universities accept the above said NET scores to take admission in Ph.D
The selection is based on the marks obtained in Graduation, Post Graduation and also based on the NET scores.
