Is it necessary to do Ph.D before M.Phil?
Hi, I want to do Ph.D to make my career better and to get good job. I want to know is it necessary to do M.Phil before doing P.hd? Kingly share the necessary information. Yhanks

You can do Phd without having M.Phil degree. M.Phil degree adds an extra value to your research and might actually help. But if you want to complete your research fast, then you can straightaway aspire for a doctorate degree.
A full time PhD is much better, you can also do part time PhD but it will take a lot more time to complete. No, there is no need to have a M.Phil degree to pursue PhD. Both are research courses of different time duration. For a PhD you only need to have a Master's degree in the concerned subject with 55% marks in your Post-graduation |
