Next step for PhD after JRF in Human Resource? Difference between JRF and PhD?

Respected Sir,

I,cleared the UGC-NET Exam december2010 in Management and UGC- NET June2011, and awarded for JRF in HUMAN RESOURCE.
What should be my next step for admission in ph.D or Should i go for project fellowships available. And what is the difference between the two?

If you already have a JRF, then surely you can apply for admission in Ph.D in your field of study. Those who have fellowships are preferred for admission into the Ph.D program of the respective field.

Therefore, apply for admission in Ph.D, then notification for admission is released by the respective university. Entrance exam is also conducted for admission into Ph.D course. You just need a Master's degree with 55% marks to become eligible for the entrance examination.

Candidates who have additional qualification like NET/SET score or a Junior Research Fellowship are exempted from the entrance examination.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
