Yes, definitely it is possible for a M.Sc post graduate to get admission in a PH.D programme. Just make sure that you have got at least 55% marks in your PG. There is relaxation of 5% marks for reserved category.

Admission will be based on the performance in the written exam and interview conducted by the concerned university. If you have got NET/SET/GATE/JRF score then you will be exempted from entrance exam stage.

Yes it is possible to study PhD in Biotechnology after completing M.Sc in Biotechnology. The eligibility criteria for pursuing a PhD in Biotechnology is Master’s Degree in science stream with Biology, Maths and Chemistry subjects from a recognized university. The duration for this course is 2 years.
