Is it possible to get ICAR seat after getting into waiting list?


Sir, i have qualified icar entrance exam in social science stream. My overall rank is 341 and my name is in waiting list. Can i get icar seat?

How much marks we must score to get seat in icar examination I am an OBC candidate and I got 950 in ipe?
