I heard if I cleared the net exam it is equal to the Phd it seems. If I cleared did I get the doctorate what I get if I do the Phd?

No, NET is not equal to PhD program. Both are different.

-> NET exam is conducted by University Grants Commission (UGC). The candidates who are interested to get Lecturer job, the candidate need to appear and qualify in UGC NET entrance exam.

-> The candidate who are interested in research field can apply for PhD.

You are eligible for PhD only after qualify in UGC NET entrance exam. NET/SLET is an entry level entrance exam to get admission in PhD.
