Universities offering Integrated PhD in Physics without JEST for B.Tech(EEE) graduate?

I have completed my B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Now I want to do Integrated PhD in Physics. Can you please tell me any universities are opened for these sort of entry. I heard, JEST exam was already finished.
