In which university I should study PhD in History through Distance Education being a Government employee?
Hi Sir,
I have completed my Post Graduation in History with 55% marks. I just want to PhD in History through Distance Education as I am Government servant. So please help me what university will be the right choice for me? Thank you sir! |

I have completed my M.A in English 2009, now I am a govt. employee. I have 59.4 % marks in M.A. Can I apply for Phd from IGNOU
