You have completed MSW from Netaji Subhash Open University, So you are eligible for Ph.D course in Social Work. But your masters degree marks must be above 55%.

Netaji Subhash Open University is recognized by UGC, So you are eligible for Ph.D in Social Work.

You can apply for UGC NET exam for admission in Ph.D course.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
