Whether a PhD Mechanical holder from CMJ University can become a Professor of Anna University?

can Mechanical Engineering PhD holders of CMJ University can get a Professor job at Anna University colleges or not? Please let me know asap.

If you have completed Ph.D in Mechanical Engineering from CMJ university, then you are eligible for an Assistant Professor post in Anna University.

Because this University is approved by UGC. I have attached some document regarding UGC approval of CMJ. So please check it out.
