M.Tech is a post graduate course and for doing this course you would need to have completed a Undergraduate degree from a recognized university and you have completed B.Tech which makes you eligible. Apart from this you would need to write the entrance exam for M.tech and the popular exam which you could opt is the GATE Exam(Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering).

You will need the GATE score to get into colleges and the top colleges which you could opt for doing the M.tech course is:
