How do i apply for masters after completing degree in hotel management?

Yes you can apply for admission in masters degree related to hotel management or you can even go for MBA degree by appearing in various entrance exam like CAT/GMAT.

Admission in most of the masters degree will be on merit and you have to appear for entrance exan plus interview for admission.
