can i do m.s (master of surgery) after bums?
Is there is any scope for master of surgery after bums?
is it important to do MBBS to get MS degree?

To become a surgeon, you need to have MBBS degree from a MCI recognized college. Any alternative degree like BUMS, BAMS, etc will not make you eligible for MS or MD in any specialisation programme.

Therefore, make sure you have the given degree to become eligible for such courses. On the basis of BUMS, you can only pursue unani courses.

Yes you can do MS in general surgery, MS gynae obs after BUMS.

Yes you can do MS general surgery after BUMS, BAMS but you need to qualify Aiapget. There are many BUMS MS, BAMS MS surgeons doing general surgeries.
