Can I study M.Tech in Environmental Engineering being a B.Tech(Mechanical Engineering) candidate?

I am studying B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering but I want to study M.Tech in Environmental Engineering? Can I study? Please let me know asap.

No, you can't do M.Tech in Environmental Engineering.

Those candidates who have completed B.Tech in Environmental Engineering from a recognized university with above 50% marks from a recognized university are eligible for M.Tech in Environmental Engineering.

Your minimum age should be 17 years.
