Yes, B.Tech in Power Engineering candidates can do M.Tech in Robotics.

Those candidates who have completed B.Tech degree in CSE/ IT/ ECE/ Electrical/ Mechanical/ Power engineering from a recognized university are eligible for M.Tech in Robotics.
