Yes, you can do the Master degree course. There is no issue of changing your Name after marriage. However, it is mandatory that you should inform regarding this to your College administration office Otherwise, it will create so many problems in future. And you must make necessary changes in Date of Birth Certificate, School Certificate and also Government ID Cards etc.

Master Degree Eligibility Criteria:

- Candidates must hold Bachelor’s Degree from any recognized in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks.
- Candidates appearing in their final year Bachelor Degree programme are also eligible to apply.

Yes you are eligible.
It is heartening to know you continuing your studies after such a long gap.Good thing is that you are perfectly eligible.
Gap does not matters for admission in Masters or Doctorate as most people start working after graduation itself.
And regarding your name change you will need a simple affidavit from magistrate or notary public stating that your name has been changed after marriage. The formats are available at the court premises.
You will be told about the procedure during admission as well and they may also provide you a format. But it is better to be ready beforehand.
All the best
