I have completed my MA from ignou with 51% in English literature. Please let me know amout the eligibility criteria for doing mphil in English literature through distance mode?

You have completed M.A from IGNOU with 51% so you are not eligible for M.Phil in English Literature through distance mode.

Eligibility criteria for M.Phil course:-

1)Those candidates who have completed masters from a recognized university with above 55% marks are eligible for M.Phil course.

2)There is no age criteria for M.Phil course.

Eligibility for M.Phil:

> Candidates should have completed their PG course(full time) from a recognized University.

> Candidates should have scored a minimum of 55% for General candidates and 50% for SC/ST candidates in their PG.

I am sorry to say you that you are not eligible to do M.Phil in English Literature through distance mode with 51 % of marks.

Eligibility criteria for M.Phil course:-


Candidates must have completed Masters Degree from a recognized University with at least 55% of marks.
There is no age limit for the course.

I have completed my MA English Language and Literature from MG University kottayam Kerala(Regular course) with 52 percentage. I am Hindu Ezhava OBC candidate. Let me know am I eligible for doing M.phil and PhD from IGNOU.

I have completed the last semester of my M.A English in madras university through distance education. I have 62% marks. Am I eligible for M.Phil through distance education

Can i do b.ed in regular simultaneously can do m.a english in correspondence ?

I have completed M.A.English from ignou with 55% percentage and shall i do par time M.PHIL OR P.HD from M.G UNIVERSITY OR KERALA UNIVERSITY. But i have done Graduation & Post graduation without plus two. Can i do it in Kerala universities
