You are a student of B.Tech in Agricultural Engineering so you are not eligible for M.Tech in Civil Engineering.

You can do M.Tech in Agricultural Engineering but you should qualify in GATE exam.

No, you are not eligible to pursue the course in the civil after the b.tech in the agriculture as the required eligibility criteria is candidates are eligible to get the admission in the same discipline as of the b.tech.

So you cannot pursue the m.tech in civil engineering. To get the more detail visit the university.

The eligibility to study the M.Tech in civil engineering is a pass in B.E or B.Tech in civil engineering.

So it is not possible to study M.Tech in civil engineering with your B.Tech agricultural engineering.

You can study M.Tech in agricultural engineering.
