The fee depends on the colleges in which you are applying for admission. Usually in government colleges the fee is very less compared to private colleges. Hence, if you are aiming for a government college, then you must have a very decent rank in exams like CAT, MAT, XAT and GMAT.

The fee varies according to the facility they provide to the student. The tuition fee per semester can start from Rs. 20000 per semester and it can go up to Rs. 75000 per semester.

Hence, you can surely get some economical colleges for MBA in Haryana and make sure that the placement is good in these colleges because, at the end you have to get job in a good company.
