Yes, of course you can do M. Tech through distance mode after completing B. Tech. Some reputed Universities which offer M. Tech course through distance mode.

The students who hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology from a recognized university with not less than 50% of marks. You need to appear and qualify in entrance exam conducted by the respective university in order to get admission to M. Tech course.
