Is there any value for MBA distance education after completing B.Tech CSE with 72%


I have completed BTECH CSE with 72%.Now I m doing MBA HR through Distance mode.My question is Whether there is value for this MBA Distance Education when we go for Jobs like Software side...and what are the Job oppportunities for me....Plz suggest.
