Which is better to study among M.Sc(IT) and M.Tech(IT) through Distance Education for B.Tech(IT) student? List of Universities which offer M.Tech(IT) through Distance Education?

Which one is best after B.Tech(IT)
in between M.Sc(IT) or M.Tech(IT)
through distance education..
Also list out the universities
offering M.Tech(IT) in distance mode?
