HR or IT, which is better to study in correspondence MBA program for a BE IT graduate?
Dear friends, I am planning to pursue an MBA course in correspondence mode. I have completed BE course in IT stream but I am interested to do this correspondence course in HR stream. Can you suggest between these two streams?

I suggest you to study HR .First you have to graduate ,if you are interested in the field of strategic human resources.
Duration of HR Course is 2 years. |
