i) Good academic record with a minimum of 55% of the marks at the Masters Degree level, in the relevant subject, obtained from the Universities recognized in India.
ii) Should have passed National Eligibility Test (NET) for lecturers conducted by UGC,CSIR or similar test accredited by the UGC or SLET conducted by the Osmania University in terms of G.O. Ms. No. 19, Higher Education (CE-1-I), Dept., Dt. 24/02/2011.

Yes, if you have qualified NET in lectureship and have got a masters degree in given discipline, then surely you can apply for lecturer posts in AP. Just make sure that there is a government job notification for such posts, according to your stream.

Selection for lecturer post is on merit and those who have superior NET score with academic qualifications, have more chance of getting selected.

Is M.Tech IT holders are eligible for latest degree lecturers notification?

You have completed M.Tech in Computer Science Engineering, so you are eligible for UGC NET exam.

Because those candidates who have completed masters degree with above 55% marks from a recognized University are eligible UGC NET exam.

There are no age criteria for UGC NET exam in Lectureship post.

ACCORDING TO UGC NORMS BTECH/MTECH Ph.D is eligible for degree lecture computer science
