You have completed B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering so you are not eligible for UGC NET exam.

NET stands for National Eligibility Test. This exam is conducted by UGC.

The educational qualification required for NET exam is masters degree from a recognized university with above 55% marks. 5% relaxation is given for SC/ST category candidates. Final year student are also eligible for NET exam.

There is no age criteria for NET exam but for JRF posts, your age should be below 28 years.

Yes you are eligible to appear for UGC-NET in computer application.,but not in this month.
As the date of submission of online form was 7-04-2015.
The exam is on 21-6-2015 (sunday).
You have an option still. UGC-Csir exam held twice in a year .
- one exam in the month of june
- seconf in the month of december.
- both the exam held only on sundays

On clearing the exam,one can do job as junior tesearch fellowship (jrf).
-the minimum salary is Rs 32,000/m.

- to apply for this,one must have done their graduation from a recognized university.
Passed with minimum of 55%.
So next time i.e on december of this year,you can apply. Notifications would come in the month of october.
