I do not know about the colleges that offer PG courses with fewer fees. However, to do PG in any Medical colleges you should take up Medical PG entrance examinations. The entrance exam generally differs from state to state and there are few national level entrance exams, which are approved by all the states. Therefore, when you get into a college through merit list then eventually the fess will be less according to the government norms.
