MSc Agriculture Eligibility:

candidates should complete their BSc in Agriculture degree under any registered University in the following subjects like Bsc agriculture, Bsc agriculture biotechnology, BSc Horticulture, BSc Forestry and BSc Hons. in science stream.

Most of the universities don't allow students to pursue MSc in agriculture from non Agriculture Department you may apply for ICAR JRF exam and if you qualify the exam, then you can apply for 2 years master program in the selective University.

To pursue MSc in agriculture, candidate must have completed BSc also in agriculture subject, so as per this requirement you are not at all eligible to pursue MSc in Agriculture being B.Sc. Botany student.
