after complete m.sc. in biotechnology
and what job opportunities in m.tech.

There is a certain procedure which you will have to follow in order to pursue M.Tech (Master of Technology) course. In general, candidates from B.E/ B.Tech background have to appear in GATE Entrance Examination in order to pursue Master's Degree. But as you are already from Master's Degree, you are required to appear in concerned college's entrance examination to pursue M.Tech. Or else, some of the colleges offer admission into M.Tech course directly.

I am sorry to say that you cannot opt for M.Tech in Biotechnology after the completion of M.Sc in Biotechnology as you are not eligible for it.
Candidates those who have completed their B.Tech in Biotechnology from a recognized University can apply for M.Tech in Biotechnology from respective University.
