I am planning to continue my master degree in International Relation in Italy, Milan. So far, I am really interested in the program in either UNIMI or Cattolica Sacro di Cuore.

What I'd like to know if it is possible to have as minimum fee as I can apply. Or if there is scholarship. I'd also like to know the full tuition fee for full two years master degree...
