You have completed B.Tech in CSE so you can choose M.Tech course in CSE. But you must have valid GATE score card.

Those who have completed Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology or Architecture/Design or its equivalent or masters degree in science department are eligible for GATE exam. There are no restriction for attempts in GATE exam. You can apply any number of time. There is no age criteria but your minimum age must be above 18 years.

As you have successfully completed B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering, the best stream I would strongly suggest you is "M.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering". Some of the top Specializations available in this M.Tech (CSE) are given below.

>> M.Tech in Computer Science Engineering (Without Specialization)

>> M.Tech in CSE with Specialization in Data Engineering

>> M.Tech in CSE with Specialization in Mobile Computing

>> M.Tech in CSE with Specialization in Information Security

Generally, which stream to choose is basically depends on your area on Interests in this discipline. So all the available streams are listed above and final decision is yours based on your interests.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
