In order to get admission in AMU for M.Tech, a candidate should have passed B.Tech. or its equivalent examination in the relevant branch of study with not less than 60% marks in aggregate or its equivalent CPI/CGPA/NAG. Based on candidate’s performance in GATE (applicable only for GATE qualified candidates with 50% or above GATE Score, valid at the time of admission) through admission test.
