Packages are offered not on the basis of course you pursued but it is after taking into consideration various factors ( institutions, knowledge and skill, course etc. ).
In my opinion B.Tech will be better option as it is of four year duration and given preferences over other courses if other factors are neglected. |

B.Tech candidates are offered better placement in comparison to MCA candidates but it is not always in all the case.
Candidates with good knowledge can make it to higher placement even after MCA course. So, it varies with students and talent. |

B.Tech Engineer graduates may expect to earn between Rs.20k to Rs.25k on average, while MCA students can expect to earn between Rs.10k to Rs.15k on average. So, if you want to get a good job with a good wage, you should enroll in B Tech Courses.
