Of course B.tech Mechanical student can study CCNA if then want a smart salary because these days networking is the most powerful technics to get a reputed companies.if you have knowledge of CCNA then you can easy pleased in Wipro,HCL,CMS ,IBM etc.

Yes, B.Tech mechanical student can definitely pursue certification course - CCNA. Networking field is in good demand since network engineers are required by almost every company in the IT field. However, since you are from non CS/ IT background so pursuing only CCNA course will not be of much help. You can get better job opportunities if you pursue advanced level courses in the field of networking provided you want to become network engineer and want employment opportunity in IT field.
