Yes, you can become Software Developer despite of being from commerce stream.
You have to prove your knowledge at the time of selection procedure.
You can pursue following course that will help you with your career as Software Developer :
  • Diploma in computer Programming (D.C.P)
  • Certificate Course on computer concepts.
  • Hardware and Networking

Also you can learn some languages like C++, Java, Oracle etc.
