How much CTC I will get as a Software Developer in TCS if having 4 years of work experience?


Hello everyone,
I am working as a Software Developer for 4 years and
now I want to quit this job and join MNC company like
TCS. Right now I am getting Rs. 3.96 Lacs CTC.
So, how much increase CTC I will get in TCS for
Software Developer post with 4 years of experience?

You have to negotiate with the company you will be joining.. Till the time of joining all the negotiation should be made so that at that time CTC can be decided. So, CTC depend on your negotiating ability as well as previous company CTC.
