Hi Friends,
I have rejected in Aricent Campus Interview
in the HR round. But I have a next interview
in my college. Hexaware Technologies is coming
to my college. I just want to know that if I got selected
then after working in Hexaware I can move to Aricent?
Is this possible?

Yes, you can definitely switch to Aricent after doing service in Hexaware Technologies. There is no problem because of your rejection in the HR rounds during the on-campus drive of Aricent. You cannot apply in Aricent for nine months from the date of your rejection. After that you can again apply for Aricent through off-campus interviews and referrals. If you get selected in Hexaware Technologies, then you need to do service there for the bond period if any or for atleast one year to get some work experience and then you can definitely switch to Aricent. However, make sure you improve yourself till then so that you do not get rejected by Aricent again.

yes dear, if this had happen to you, then yes of course after joining the Hexaware you can further move to the Aricent. But it will take a much time to do it so. But, you can do it.

Yes, you can do the things that you have planned for it. But, first of all do get selected in the Hexaware then think of further. Because, Hexaware is a big MNC and getting placed in Hexawrae is not an easy task. So, prepare very hard for the Hexaware, so that you can Qualify the HR round in this at least.
