What is the date to join for Cognizant?
Hello everyone I was placed in cognizant on sept 2011 college campus interview . Wasted my 6 months waiting for date of joining from cognizant. This January I got an offer from aricent. Software engg. 3.5 lpa. I just want to know which is better.
Cognizant aricent No bond bond 21 months 3.05 lpa 3.5 lpa dress code no dress code |

Both the companies are good but the job profile you will work for will be more important then the package as a fresher.
If you get a development role in either of the companies then go for that else join the company which is giving you joining first. My suggestion to join early will be drop a mail to the HR team of the company showing the offer letter of the other company, they will absorb you soon. |
