Hello sir, I have completed B.Tech in ECE and right now doing job in Reliance JIO since 5 months on a contract basis. Is there any chance to get a permanent job in Reliance industry? How can I get the job?

Yes, you need to wait of another 1 month in order to get permanent from contract vendor. Or you need to ask the duration of your contract and then after you will be made permanent based on your work.

Once your contract will be coming to end, at that time you will undergo evaluation by the manager as well as HR based on your work done till the time and then after a panel discussion you will be intimated the final result.

So, one suggestion would like to give you. just do fabulous work and never get into any kind of gossip and arguments.
