i have done with my btech in ece
i want to join reliance as a job
please help me to get job in reliance

It is a common belief among the B.Tech grads of ECE branch that they can opt for mobile communication organizations like Reliance, Airtel, Vodafone, etc. However, the reality is something different. Most of these companies do not recruit B.Tech grads. This is because the work which they undertake it is either of lower level than B.Tech knowledge or higher than B.Tech knowledge and also requires experience. Hence diploma candidates and experienced professionals get recruited in mobile companies. Thus, if you are aiming at Reliance, you need to do the following :-

- Option 1:- Join companies like Ericsson, Mahindra Comviva which are in the telecom field. Get experience and switch to Reliance.
- Option 2:- Go for higher studies and pursue project works. Then you can get into Reliance.

Yes, you can join the reliance. as reliance generally hire the EC guys for the job position. So, you need to sit in the open or close campus drive by reliance and get selected in it.
